Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform me of your decision by means of a clear statement.

I will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which I receive the returned painting. I will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

For the painting to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The painting was purchased in the last 30 days

• The painting is in the original packaging.

• I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Item

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the painting to me. You should send the item to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible if the painting is damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, I recommend an insured and trackable mail service. I am unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the item or proof of received return delivery.
