Because all products on this website are digital downloads, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

However, I want you to be fully happy with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your files — whether it's a download problem, formatting issue, or anything else — please contact me at yonathannivart@gmail.com and I’ll be glad to help.

What’s not eligible for return

• Digital files that have already been downloaded

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

• Issues related to color variation due to screen vs printer settings

If you haven’t downloaded the files yet and made the purchase by mistake, feel free to contact me within 3 days. I review all requests individually and will do my best to resolve the situation fairly.
